I learned how to play violin when I was in middle school. I played and took lessons through high school - it's such a beautiful instrument!  

My desire is to help others who can't afford to take music lessons because their families don't have the money. I spent over $2000 on the violin I own now, and I play in groups whenever I can.  

I am setting up this MoveYourMountain account so that I can buy several violins, bows, and accessories/cases so that I can teach others how to play.  The violins I can get for about $500-600 each.  The lessons I do are at my home, so there is no additional cost there.  And I will offer the lessons at no charge.  Students excel much quicker when they are taught one on one.

I'm asking for your help so I can do this for others.  To educate them on how to read music and play an instrument will equip them for life.  And who knows - maybe even a future musician with a symphony will be created!  Thank you for helping me do this!
