Over half way there! We have already given a BIG deposit on our new dog and should be able to bring him home this week! I can't begin to find the words to say "thank you" for your generosity towards our family. Matthew is very much looking forward to his new best friend! Let's keep sharing this great story!

Our son Matthew was diagnosed with type one diabetes about a year ago. After the initial shock, we began the instructions from his doctor of daily insulin shots, carb counting & constant monitoring of his blood sugar.
We are in a position now that we have an opportunity to get a diabetes alert therapy dog! We had a chance to visit and spend time with these well trained dogs and it was love at first sight! This lab will be the perfect addition to our family as well as a life saving benefit for Matthew. This lab has been trained to detect when his blood sugar goes too low or high which will alert us to his medical needs at that moment!
This dog is very expensive and we are asking for financial help to be able to purchase him. Please give what you can to help us get this great dog for Matthew. Thank you.
