1 Million Cups Reno has been serving our community for nearly two years by highlighting local area startups and providing a forum where they receive constructive feedback and support. The program successfully engages and educates our entrepreneurial community as well as accelerates the potential of our local startups.

One of the biggest challenges we face at 1 Million Cups is the quality of the audio on our LiveStream as well as the ability for our audience to clearly hear our presenters, especially if they are soft spoken. We hope to address this issue by obtaining a sound system for use in our weekly event. We have obtained quotes and identified potential vendors and are ready to move forward with one exception, funding!

As you know, 1 Million Cups is a free community event. Neither the businesses that present nor the audience members that attend are charged anything, and our organizers are all unpaid volunteers. With no source of income, we are reliant upon your generosity and support to improve our program and better serve the community.
