As word is spreading through the bigger cities...I am getting calls and emails from department stores willing to help with our SHOEs for Kids drive!
I am SO excited.
At this rate, we'll be able to help more than 30 kids and that just brings tears to my eyes!
Maybe it was the movie about the kids running that needed new shoes...but, it got me thinking.
We are so lucky to have what we need to participate in sports.
But, many of the kids in our school system are not.
I'm starting this fundraiser to raise money to donate shoes to the athletic programs in our area that need shoes.
If I can raise $3,000...that's about 30 kids that I can buy shoes for.
