We are the Black Belt Group and we have been practicing Martial Arts for years. It's not only a lifestyle but it's who we are.  Our goal in doing this fundraiser is to help keep our Karate Studio Open.

Because we have been given several rent increases over the past few years, it's costing more and more to run our martial arts facility. We do not want to increase the amount of money we are charging our members, so if our community would support us, we would be able to continue to operate offering the same low rate. 

As an Austin fixture for more than 15 years...we LOVE coming to this place.  By supporting us, you will help us keep karate in the neighborhood for years to come.

The funds we raise will not go towards paying instructors. We will be using the money to purchase safety gear to be used for sparring during class, and for our rent/operating costs when we fall short. 

For those students who can't afford their own uniform, shoes and protective items, we will pull from these funds (if we have excess funds available). We also offer discounts for longer term memberships.
