Pastor Julius Walengi, along with his wife Pastor Ika and their 3 daughters Christy, Sonia, and Elsie, moved to Indonesia as missionaries in 2007. They minister to the Muslim and Christian people in Kupang and West Timor, Indonesia, by planting churches and doing evangelistic work. Their main church is called Aog Adonai Worship Center. Pastor Walengi does a lot of traveling, daily going back and forth from West Timor area to Kupang (about 240 kilometers (160 miles) round trip).
Pastor Walengi has been using a motor bike to transport his family. It is becoming difficult with the amount of travel he does for ministry. Recently one of his daughters began having problems with her eyes due to the dust that is kicked up from the bike as they travel. (campaign picture: Pastor Julius with family on the Bike)
They are praying for a vehicle that would make traveling for the ministry safer, quicker, and more efficient. You can visit their Facebook page
