My son Thomas has Cerebral Palsy.  He is my hero.  He has over come so much in his life.  He was born at 26 weeks.  He had a trach to help him breath, a feeding tube, and very low muscle tone.  He came to live with us when he was 14 months old.  He could not do anything for himself.  He could not even roll over. We adopted him when he was 2.  By the time he was 3 he had no trach, no feeding tube and was getting around on his own!  He has a very strong determination.   He wants to go to a summer camp called Camp Capella for a week.   This is a camp for people with special needs.  As you can imagine it is very expensive.  We need to raise $1300.  He is so excited to go.  He has never been to summer camp before.   Please help him to get to Summer Camp!!
