This is my 2011 Kia Optima SX.  I absolutley love this car and saved up a long time to be able to buy it.  However Tragedy has struck :(  .   One Night i was driving home and all the lights on the dash board and GPS started to blink on and off rapidly and i noticed a loss of power. I was able to pull over and when i opened the hood everything looked normal, when i tried to start it again there was nothing happening, it wouldnt even try to start. There was no check engine lights or low oil or any type of warning at all.   I had the car towed to Kia West Palm Beach and gave the service advisor my extended warranty info, since im the 2nd owner of the car the factory 100k warranty isn't valid.  So after 2 months of BS. the extended warranty is not honoring my claim. They are stating i drove the car under duress with low oil and caused the motor to lockup. ( How could this be since ive done all regular oil changes and no warning lights ever came on?) So now i am stuck with a repair bill of $5,000 that i cannot afford. I've tried contacting Kia Consumer Affairs and im having the Consumer Affairs Division of Palm Beach County to investigate the warranty company ( Interstate )  (http://inds.com/) THEY ARE CROOKS!!  why do i pay for extended warranty if they just look for loopholes so they dont have to pay.   So now im stuck without a car and have to rely on friends and public transport and uber to get around.  I cannot get approved for a loan or i would have done that. Im asking anyone for HELP anything helps.  and i work nights where public transport is not availble.  UGH!
