Isaac Roller was born on March 28, 2007.
Isaac was born with a complex heart defect and DiGeorge Syndrome (which means he also had low muscle tone, a weak immune system, and would be developmentally delayed).
Isaac recently passed away, just shy of his 8th birthday. He was a happy little boy despite the multitude of surgeries he endured and many struggles he faced throughout his short life
Isaac loved his family, Yo Gabba Gabba...and his iPad. There were many things Isaac was unable to do, he couldn't run, he coudn't jump up and down, he was unable to feed himself meals and he couldn't say more than 4 words. But he was able to tell his family which snacks he wanted to eat and which videos he wanted to watch, thanks to his iPad
Isaac had a voice but was unable to share it with the world, but through his iPad, his voice was heard.
There are many children out there, similar to Isaac who are non verbal but have something to share with the world. And many families that may not be able to afford an iPad and/or are not aware of how life changing and impactful one could be to a child and their families
My goal is to buy 2 iPad Airs at a cost of $400 each. What an amazing way to remember and honor a little boy's life by helping another child have their voice heard.
I have partnered with a local non-profit organization, so all donations are tax-deductible.
Please support this campaign and share it with friends and family too!
