Hi everyone - It's Whitney and Jim and we want to ask our family and friends a really big favor.

In lieu of wedding gifts and even money for a honeymoon, we would love to be able to use money to put a down payment on our first house.

We have been looking at homes, and have not picked the one that we love yet.  Everything depends on what we can put down right now. Both of us have great jobs and we know that we will be afford the payments and maintenance costs of a home, it's just the down payment we are short on.

We have saved almost $10,000 so far, and really need help making that a bigger number. So we set up this fundraiser as a way for people to support us in getting our new home.
